Horizon Pro Drone provides exterior building cleaning services using specialized drones, offering a safe, efficient, and environmentally sustainable alternative to traditional methods. Our services eliminate the need for scaffolding, reduce risks to personnel, and minimize disruption to your property.
2. Eligibility & Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you represent that:
You are at least 18 years old or have legal authority to act on behalf of a business entity.
You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
3. Sustainability Commitment
We are committed to reducing environmental impact through water-efficient methods, non-toxic cleaning agents (where applicable), and energy-efficient drone operations. While we strive to deliver sustainable solutions, site conditions may affect the exact approach and methods used.
4. Scope of Services
Our drone cleaning services include:
Exterior facade washing
Window and glass surface cleaning
Targeted high-elevation surface cleaning
All services are subject to site evaluation and operational feasibility based on safety, weather conditions, and building specifications.
5. Safety & Compliance
Horizon Pro Drone adheres to all relevant aviation and occupational safety regulations. Our pilots are licensed, and our operations are fully insured.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a job if conditions are deemed unsafe (e.g., severe weather, restricted airspace, etc.).
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Horizon Pro Drone may reschedule services in cases of unsafe weather conditions, technical issues, or regulatory restrictions.
